W\u00e4rmetherapie (WT)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die W\u00e4rmetherapie (WT) ist eine unterst\u00fctzende physiotherapeutische Behandlungsmethode, bei der gezielt W\u00e4rme auf bestimmte K\u00f6rperregionen angewendet wird. Ziel ist es, die Durchblutung zu f\u00f6rdern, verspannte Muskulatur zu entspannen und Schmerzen zu lindern.
Die W\u00e4rme wirkt gef\u00e4\u00dferweiternd, verbessert die Sauerstoffversorgung des Gewebes und unterst\u00fctzt den Stoffwechsel. Dadurch wird die Regeneration gef\u00f6rdert und die Beweglichkeit verbessert.
In meiner Privatpraxis f\u00fcr Physiotherapie in M\u00fcnchen setze ich W\u00e4rmetherapie h\u00e4ufig als vorbereitende oder begleitende Ma\u00dfnahme zu manuellen Behandlungen, Massagen oder Krankengymnastik ein.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
