What is

Physical Therapy (PT)

Physical Therapy (known in Germany as Krankengymnastik) is a core method of physiotherapy. The goal is to specifically improve, restore, or maintain the body’s mobility and functional health over the long term. We achieve this by utilizing both active exercises and passive techniques.

At my private practice in Munich, we begin by analyzing your individual concerns, movement patterns, and physical limits. Based on this, I create a tailored therapy plan that is precisely aligned with your personal needs.
